* How can I check the status of my purchase?

When you make your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number with which you can track the shipment. If you have an account at Alquimia 818 Ennamorata, you can enter your account to track all your orders.

It is the purchase of a garment that is not available at the moment for immediate shipment but is in the process of being made. These purchases are made via WhatsApp +57 3001163195 and have an estimated delivery after 13 business days of making the payment.

* Changes and guarantees

To make an exchange or return, you must send us your garment(s) to:

If you wish to request an exchange or a guarantee, the following must be taken into account:

The time to request a change is 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.

If the change you wish to make is by size, it must be made within a maximum of 6 days after your order has arrived.

The garment to be returned is required to be in the same conditions under which it was received and dispatched. The swimsuit must be in perfect condition, clean, with its complete label and no marks of use or washing. It cannot have modifications, in its original state.

To request the change or guarantee, it must be done through the email enviosydevolucionesae818@gmail.com. This is the only means for this process.

It must be returned in its packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Upon receiving the swimsuit, it will be analyzed by the quality personnel to carry out the respective verification and in this way proceed to change the garment.

  • No changes are made to garments that are on discount.
  • Only one change per item is allowed.

STEPS TO FOLLOW IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE

  1. Open your email.

  3. Write as subject the word change or guarantee.
  4. Start by mail with your information: name, ID or order number, date of purchase and item purchased.
  5. Describe what the requirement is.
  6. Attach photo preferably.

NOTE: We will reply to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

-If the garments have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemical products, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
-If the garment shows any sign of use, bad smell, sweating, makeup, etc.
-Due to poor washing or a different wash than the one that the garment requires.

To take into account: The useful life of any ALQUIMIA ENNAMORATA 818 garment depends on the use you give it. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable useful life of the product will not be replaced.
